We have selectively put together a network of preferred drivers that we work closely with to coordinate all of the pet deliveries that are booked through the Critter Express site.   Each of the drivers are pet transportation professionals with lots of successful pet deliveries under their belt.  They’ve all been vetted through a background check.  They are all USDA licensed.  And they all carry liability insurance.  They are all independent contractors who work for themselves, not Critter Express, llc.

Each time someone books a pet delivery through Critter Express our goal is to match them with one of the competent drivers in our network within 48 hours.   We are usually able to accomplish that goal.  However, occasionally we are unable to.  If we are not able to make the arrangements for your pet delivery need within 48 hours then you are refunded in full.  (Just to clarify, this doesn’t mean that your pet will be picked up or delivered within 48 hours.   It means that within 48 hours after your booking is placed we will have successfully made the delivery arrangements for the terms you specified)

Once your booking is placed we immediately get busy trying to match your pet’s delivery need with a great driver.  That means we go to work for you for you right out of the gate.  Naturally, you are able to cancel any time prior to the puppy being picked up.  But once placed, the $80 booking deposit is non-refundable.

One of the reason that we are able to offer such competitive  shipping rates is because we are able to “piggyback” your pet’s delivery with drivers who are already going to be on a similar route at a similar time.   So it’s not possible for us to guarantee that your pet will be the only other pet in the vehicle at that time.  However, your pet will have its own kennel in the vehicle.  And the level of care and attention your pet receives won’t be diminished even in those instances where there are other pets being transported.
